Game Room retro arcade titles update for June 9th

Game Room retro arcade titles update for June 9th This week’s release of retro titles for the Game Room service over Xbox LIVE on the Xbox 360 console is looking like it will be on time. Not only that, but we’re back on track here on the site too because of it. Game Room will get three new games from the Atari 2600, one for Intellivision, and one Konami arcade title. Just a friendly reminder, whenever possible we will release the upcoming week’s new titles on our Twitter account @XBLAGameRoom and on our Facebook Page as soon as we know them. Possibly even a whole six days earlier than they are released! So, without further delay, here are the releases for Wednesday, June 9th:

Game Room retro arcade titles update for June 2nd So I guess from all the emails over the past few days, everyone here is getting used to hearing which retro gaming titles are going to be added to Game Room at the beginning of each week. And as much as we try to keep you all updated on our Twitter account @XBLAGameRoom and on our Facebook Page, if there is nothing to report… then we have nothing. However, when things like a Game Pack gets delayed… well we will definitely be letting you know. And if we can find a reason, we’ll post it. But, apparently it appears as though the delay was only a few hours.

Game Room retro arcade titles update for May 26th Here we go with another week of retro titles being released for the Game Room service over Xbox LIVE on the Xbox 360 console. This week has a pretty obscure list of games being released. Three for the Atari 2600, two for Intellivision, and two general arcade titles. Game Room Levels War on Xbox Forums Over at the official Xbox.com forums in the Game Room section, a dedicated fan by the name of MSQ Ganner has put up an interesting thread. It’s not your regular Game Room competition. No, this competition gives you bragging rights and crowns you the first King, or Queen of Game Room!

To become the King/Queen of Game Room gamers, you will have to reach at least level 40 (unlocking space theme) and have filled the full achievement grid (all 1000 GS points). The first gamer to do so will be named Game Room King/Queen.
