The latest batch of Game Room content has also been delayed until further notice. Although we have been unable to get any word from Krome Studios or Microsoft Game Studio, sources have told us that they are aware of the problem and are working on a solution to bring you this week’s update.
Earlier today we broke the news that the new Game Room content had been delayed on both our official Twitter account @XBLAGameRoom and on our Facebook Page. The same places that we originally stated that the update wouldn’t be coming out until Thursday before we received the official press release from Microsoft stating it would be Wednesday.

Australian developer Krome Studios, Australia’s largest developer, has confirmed to GamesIndustry.biz that it has been forced to axe more staff due to economic pressure. The studio is one of the largest independents in the world, employing more than 400 staff across three locations in Brisbane, Adelaide and Melbourne.
"We regret to confirm an unspecified number of positions have been eliminated today at Krome," said a spokesperson for the company. "The industry worldwide is facing new challenges and Krome is not immune to the effects of this. Beyond that, we cannot make a comment."
