Starting today, you will be able to purchase Xbox LIVE Avatar items ranging from caps to shirts to props from all your favorite retro game companies such as Intellivision, Activision, Konami and Atari. The prices range from 40 to 240 Microsoft Points. Some of the items are really worth considering in our opinion.

End of April Game Room titles revealed Hot off the heels of Xbox LIVE Arcade Block Party and launch of capstone title Game Room, Xbox LIVE delivers seven more original arcade and console classics to add to your retro arcade starting April 28. Game Room for Xbox LIVE on the Xbox 360 or Games for Windows Live on Windows PC On Wednesday, March 24th, Game Room will bring players a library of 30 original arcade and console classics from Activision, Atari, Intellivision, Konami, and others, including Centipede, Asteroids Deluxe, and Super Cobra shown in their original cabinets. Over the next three years, more than 1000 games will be released on Game Room.

Game Room replicates the old-school look, sound, and feel of a retro video game Arcade. Players will open up a brand new social environment for their Avatar to explore, where they can personalize their own game room by arranging cabinets, and decorate each room with themes and animated mascots.
